Lu-Lu Belle is one of the most beautiful tour vessels you will ever
see. When you board and see the teak/mahogany wood and oriental
rugs you will understand why Captain Fred Rodolf asks you to wipe
your shoes before boarding. The Lu-Lu Belle has wide walk-around
decks, assuring everyone
unobstructed viewing and photography. It is equipped with 110-volt
outlets for your battery chargers. Captain Fred has logged over
3500 Columbia Glacier cruises since 1979. He will personally guide
and narrate every cruise. The wildlife that is seen on the Columbia
Glacier wildlife cruises will vary, depending on the time of year
and the time of day, as you travel on the calm, protected waters
of Prince William Sound. Boarding time is 1:45pm each day from mid-May
through Labor day. This 5-hour cruise may vary in duration as much as an hour,
because Captain Fred will go in search of whales and other wildlife.
Friendliness, gracious hospitality,
fresh baked goods and a
beautiful yacht are some of the reasons why people refer to the
Lu-Lu Belle as the limousine of Prince William Sound.
On Sunday morning the Lu-Lu Belle becomes the Chapel of the
Sea from 8 to 9am. Everyone is welcome. At the Lu-Lu Belle
office there is also the Little Lu-Lu-Belle RV Park that can accommodate
RVs up to 28 feet with full hookups. 907-835-5141, 1-800-411-0090,
